Privacy Policy

The short version: Echoform doesn’t collect your personal data. Sounds are generated on your iPhone or iPad, your prompts and audio never leave your device, and there’s no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

Who is responsible

Echoform is developed by Eduard Pantazi, the controller for any personal data described here. Contact: support@pantazisoft.com.

What stays on your device

• Prompts, sounds and edits. Generation, editing and exporting happen on your device. Your library is stored in the app’s private storage and included in your device backups like other app data.
• Usage counter. To apply the free plan’s monthly limit, the app keeps a count of generations in your device’s Keychain. It isn’t sent anywhere.
• Settings and preferences, such as your selected model and recent presets.

Model downloads

When you download the Spark or Melody models, the app fetches the files from a content delivery network operated by Cloudflare, Inc. As with any download, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request information to deliver the files and protect the service. No account or identifier from the app is sent. Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The Developer doesn’t receive your payment details. The app checks your purchase status with Apple’s StoreKit on your device to unlock Pro. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Crash reports and diagnostics

Echoform contains no third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. If you choose to share diagnostics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide anonymized crash reports and usage statistics to the Developer under Apple’s terms.

Support emails

If you email support, your message and email address are used only to reply to you and are kept for as long as needed to help you, then deleted.

This website

This website uses no cookies, analytics or third-party scripts. It’s served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request information (such as IP address) to deliver and secure the site.

Children

Echoform doesn’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data held about you and to complain to a supervisory authority (in Romania, ANSPDCP). Because Echoform doesn’t collect personal data, there’s usually nothing held about you; for support emails, write to the address above.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
